      Core project involved streamlining the customer return process. It used Cold Fusion in an Oracle environment to e-mail a client's request for a return/refund. Cold Fusion, HTML, and JavaScript were primarily used. Administrators would interact with Oracle database through Cold Fusion forms to process the request.

      Additionally I created a report generator for customer service in the same Cold Fusion and Oracle environment. All records fitting the criteria were evaluated and displayed using Cold Fusion functions and tags. Project involved e-commerce, Oracle Database, and working as part of a large team in a corporate environment. Side projects involved HTML editing and generating detailed reports for customer service.

    • Created applet which uses Cold Fusion to display a banner from a database and track number of views and times it was clicked. Cold Fusion page selects the banner based on parameters sent to it by the applet. The parameters direct the database query to select one or more banners. Cold Fusion then selects a random banner to be displayed. *
